Dear Orange County Parents, Providers, and Partners,

In alignment with the Division of Early Learning’s (DEL) service delivery model, the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (ELCOC) will be providing direct services to families and childcare providers previously handled by Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C). These services include School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) family eligibility, SR and VPK Childcare provider payments, child screening, and Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) services.

The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County will transition to this new service delivery model on July 1, 2024.

In order to meet your needs, we now have satellite locations around Orange County, strategically placed for easier access for families. These locations are located at:

A call center has been established to assist families with child care resources and referrals, child eligibility, and provider services. The number for families to call is (407)-841-6607.
